Shannon joined Young Financial Group in 2020, with over 10 years of industry experience. In her Customer Service role, Shannon supports Rob and Caroline, acting as a liaison between various insurance companies, ensuring timely underwriting and service. Shannon is also responsible for monitoring existing insurance portfolios, keeping records up to date, and handling any inquiries on insurance-related matters.

 

Shannon’s comprehensive insurance knowledge, accuracy and kind demeanor when communicating with clients makes the application and renewal process enjoyable. Shannon has completed various industry related courses and is Life Insurance licensed.
